Although it took me a really long time to get through the book, it was a light, cute and fun read.

I loved everything about the sizzling romance Your Captivating Love by Layla Hagen, the second book in The Bennett Family series. I could not put it down, it was a true page turner. I love how Layla Hagen writes her books in the one person and from the perspective of the main characters. It is one of my favorite things about her books. With Your Captivating Love she once again shows that she is a masterful storyteller. Your Captivating Love is the story of Logan Bennett, CFO of Bennett Enterprises and Nadine Hawthorne, fashion designer and BFF of Ava Lindt, Sebastian Bennett's fiance. Ava convinces Nadine to move to San Francisco to open her own fashion boutique. Ava and Pippa plan to use their matchmaking skills with Nadine and Logan. When Nadine and Logan meet, the sparks fly, by Logan wants to "date" Nadine more until they move their relationship to the next level. Logan helps Nadine achieve her dream of opening her own boutique. He enlists the help of his family to help her renovate the perfect location. Nadine begins to spend just as much time at Logan's apartment, which is a two block walk from her shop, and her own apartment. I love the dynamic of a large family and I love the Bennett Family. Your Captivating Love is filled with bittersweet moments, that are the norm for Layla Hagen, and don't forget the surprise plot twists. A fire destroys Nadine's apartment and some of her inventory. Logan breaks a promise he made to Nadine during her knight in shining armor mode. Nadine has never allowed herself to depend on anyone but herself, she learned this from an early age. Nadine's designs take off. Will their professions of love be enough to overcome the hurt of a broken promise. I loved every moment and all the characters, and dreams coming true.

I’m only 2 in and so in love with the Bennett’s I cannot get enough of them. I thought for sure no one could outdo Sebastian Bennett, but I adored Logan and his take all attitude. Layla has created not one but 2 loving families in the Bennett and Connor family, that are like a huge game of dominoes. Each brother/cousin falling in love and funding their forever after. They are all strong willed, yet delightfully sweet. Each character deserves their own story, and I’m loving watching them grow.Logan Bennett, is 100% pure make domination. He rules he boardroom, and can wear a suit like no one else, but behind that façade is a hurt man. Woman although, nice to look at are off limits, if it’s not about his business or his family it’s not on his radar. Until Nadine rocks his world, by literally walking into a room. It’s game in now, Sebastian and Ava concocted this get together and he’s gonna enjoy every but of Nadine.Nadine Hawthorne is moving her whole life for her dream project, opening her own boutique including her own designs she’s worked so hard for. Moving to see best friend, Ava is an added bonus, and her fiancé and family are a sweet little bonus, especially Logan Bennett. He can make her heart race by walking into a room, talking to her is something very different. He can make her heart race, and well others reactions too… but we’ll leave those for now.Nadine is about to embark on a journey of life, and her business is just one ride. Meeting and instant attraction with Logan will be that triple decker ice cream, with all the goodies. She will discover that although she classes herself as a strong woman, she will have nothing on Logan and his dominance, not only in life, it in love, hurt and of course the bedroom. What begins as a part time affair, some fun on the side will quickly turn into something neither Nadine or Logan saw coming.Another domino falls in this perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ series. Can’t wait for the next.

This series has me hooked. This writer writes as though you are part of the family. That sense of love and bonding is all consuming. A great read.

A sweet light contemporary romance, this book in the series focuses on Logan Bennett and Nadine Hawthorne. New to town, Nadine is best friend's with Ava Logan's soon to be sister-in-law. With Logan's sister and Ava playing matchmaker he and Nadine keep finding themselves together.Logan and Nadine have a bit of a insta-connection.At times the banter didn't entirely work, especially early on but it wasn't too bad. No angst or real tension in this, be ready for very light and fluffy.A fair few moments that made me smile.Freebie on amazon.

I'm loving Bennett Family, the dialogue and banter between the sibling is funny and adorable. Logan is just 'to die for' kinda man, sexy, protective, loyal and reliable, how can you not fall in love? And Nadine is sexy, strong and independent. Loved listening to this book very much and especially the fact that the angst was resolved quickly without any real heartache or massive drama (not always necessary in my opinion). Also, loved both narrators (Nelson Hobbs and Carl Robins) both are fantastic, have listened to them on other books, always good!

This is a lovely story and I enjoyed reading it. However, there were quite a lot of similarities between this book and the first one. Which made it a bit repetitive. But saying that I still liked Logan and Nadine and their story.Logan is fiercely protective of his family and will do anything for them. Once he starts liking Nadine she falls under his protection too. She’s not used to being looked after and being taken care off as she’s used to being the one that does the taking care. They’re really sweet together and think Logan is just adorable.

First I have to say that I’m ridiculously excited about this series. It’s going to be brilliant. I love the Bennett family – and I love all the love stories they are going to bring to me. If you thought that nothing would ever live up to the first book in this series Hagen is going to prove you wrong because this is just as good... so so good. Logan is just as fine as his brother and just as clever (which is way attractive – yes we love a CEO but a CFO is pretty darn hot too – Logan can talk numbers to me any day...) Logan and Nadine are perfect for each other. They both put family first, even when it means personal sacrifices. Nadine is incredibly independent and refuses any form of help and Logan desperately wants to help – even if it means keeping secrets from her.I’ve got to say Hagen has quickly become one of my favourite authors, after only two books. The characters are witty and sarcastic. Reading their love story was both tempting and heart warming. It’s deep and real and raw. They are real people. Characters that you can count on to surprise you. I love them. I also can’t wait to read the next book in this series because it’s going to be hot!
