The best accuracy you can get with this scale is plus or minus one-tenth (0.1) of a gram; that is plus or minus 100 milligrams. Certainly not good enough to measure the tiny amount you need. You would need to acquire a "milligram balance," one that can measure to the nearest milligram. That is plus or minus one thousandths of a gram, or +=/- 0.001 gram. Check to see if Amazon sells that. Sure, as long as you don't mind cleaning up afterwards. Clean the scoop with alcohol and/or water. Let dry.
