Sword is absolutely beautiful, an incredible part of my collection. Sword is not as heavy as I thought it would be, and I thought it may be too short when the package arrived but those fears and worries were erased when I saw and held it. Love it!

Just by looking at it I can tell it’s another sword I’d keep myself as a collectible. I’m a big sword/blade enthusiast and I’ve own a quite a bit of them already, especially Katanas. But I’m big into Medieval swords as well. Would serve as and beautiful piece for guests to see on the wall.

I love the blade on this. It's dull, which is fine. It has some weight to it to make it feel good. The hilt seems a little small for a one-hander sword, but what do I know.My complaints are the grip and scabbard. The grip is black plastic and the scabbard is like a pleathery something that just doesn't look good. The grip feels like exactly what it is. Maybe I'll wrap some leather around it to make it feel more authentic...The gold parts are well done, however.I bought this as a wedding gift for my fiance. He seemed pleased with it, I'm a little let down. At least from a distance you won't be able to tell the handle is plastic.For the work that went into the blade and the gold bits, I feel like they skimped on the grip and scabbard. I guess this is what $40 gets you...
