Must have product if you ship any products!
I recently tried HexaFil honeycomb packaging material for shipping small items from my Etsy shop, and I’m thoroughly impressed. It’s incredibly lightweight, which helps keep shipping costs down, yet it provides strong, reliable protection thanks to the honeycomb design. Wrapping fragile items is quick and easy, and the material stays securely in place without the need for excessive tape or padding.HexaFil is also more eco-friendly compared to traditional bubble wrap, which is a big plus for my sustainability-minded customers. I highly recommend this packaging solution for small business owners looking for effective, easy-to-use, and economical packing material.

Wonderful and Easy to Use
Works great as it's intended for an earth friendly filler in shipping items for my small business. I've used this product in a variety of forms and while I don't think the box works they way they intend with the overly small opening for the paper to pull through, simply having it in the box and the box open and pulling from that makes using this product so easy and quick. It is also easy to store and tuck away when I'm not needing it when it comes in this box.

Perfect filler
I ship 3-10 boxes a day and can't go without this filler since discovering it. It does add a few ounces to your packages but I've learned to compensate for that when estimating shipping weight. I get many compliments about how professional my shipping of fragile items arrive. It may seem a bit expensive to start with but a box like this will last me 4-5 months of daily shipping.

Ignore the LAZY and ignorant reviewers
The media could not be loaded. As a small business owner I detest seeing a company or product suffer due to a lack of common sense on the part of the customer. Paper doesn't come out of the box perfectly stretched? Your hands work well enough to pull it from the box, you can use them to stretch it out. Expecting it to be the thickness of construction paper is also not the smartest thought - it's roughly $100 for over 1,700 square feet of paper. It's average paper thickness[weight] of any other packing paper, but being hex-cut you can't stick your fingers through and expect it not to rip holes. The only issues with this product are operator errors. The ONE thing I would love to see on this would be a pre-scored hole for the top flap so that you can choose to close it completely and still pull the paper out, rather than having to leave the top open to use it. Easily solved by cutting a hole, but it would be nice to see from the manufacturer. As for the reviews claiming that it takes sooooo muuuuch to fill a box - again, operator error. This box lasted me almost exactly 90 days. In that 90 days I shipped over 400 packages with heavy and fragile items - and that was with me overdoing the packing paper on many of them for my own peace of mind. None broke, and I even had customers raving on my reviews about how they saw postal workers drop packages or the outer packing was damaged by the postal service, but the contents inside were never affected in the slightest. In the end, as long as you're smarter than a box of paper, this is a perfect fit if you ship frequently or are packing for a big move.

Great packing material!
I had my doubts but went ahead and purchased. This product is excellent packing material.I don’t see myself purchasing much bubble wrap in the future. A few layers of this and products are well cushioned. It also is working well filling voids.

Great packaging; Dispenser works great; Love that it's eco friendly
I bought this for my ecommerce business. I would like to buy this Hexafil in this 1700' size but in white. I ship home decor, gifts and art supplies incl bottles of ink and art powders. I ship glass ornaments during holidays and small glass or china items occasionally. I make a nest with the Hexafill in the box and place the Hexafil wrapped item in the nest and it works well. No issues with breakage so far. I switched to eco friendly shipping materials and have eliminated plastic bubble wrap, styrofoam noodles and such. Hexafil does the job. Our dispenser has worked well with no issues. I like that you do not have to use tape to hold this packaging paper around your items. I wrap large and small items with Hexafil paper then I just twist and tuck the corners of the paper and tuck into a hole I make in the wrapped part of the item and it holds itself. No tape needed. I would love to buy Kraft paper packaging tape but it's pricey so have not yet found an eco friendly tape solution. I will stick with Hexafil for packaging though. Very pleased with it.

I was a skeptic, but not any more
Before I decided to give this product a try I had been using pre-cut 2" convoluted foam for years. Each pair cost about $4. That's $4 per product shipped just for the foam.Don't get me wrong, the foam has always been great. But I really wanted to move toward something recyclable and my #1 concern was the cushioning provided by recyclable materials. My #2 concern was cost based on outdated information about environmental solutions being more costly.Well, I ditched foam entirely and now use about 3sq ft (expanded) of this packing material per order. That's just $0.15 and it's 100% recyclable and I love how well it hold almost 3 lbs of metals parts in place with cushioning on all sides.Hex, dudes, ya won me over man. It's good stuff, and I love the presentation too when my customers open the box. It's like my parts ship in their own nest.
