Was hoping these would be a little heavier and magnet-ier or somehow more substantial than the neon bootleg version I gave to my kid. Alas, they just LOOK like they’re sturdy but are incredibly flimsy and light. One ring jumped to its death on the floor four feet below, and completely split in twain, spilling teensy flat magnet bits everywhere. After hours of piecing it back together, I realized the polarity was farked and they refused to play nicely together. Instead I went out and bought a kitten and now he has an amazing shiny thing to bat around the hardwood floor all night long. Magnets, cats, floors, rings, all at once right in front of my very eyes. Life is truly beautiful.Will probably buy the official Fingears brand product next time, though.

I thought it was all metal material but just cheap plastic around it. The magnetism seems very weak. Falls apart a lot when I play with it. Not worth buying.

This fidget is chrome finished plastic. The movement of the inner plastic is good, but not as premium as other metal fidgets with more premium bearings. The item itself being plastic makes it fairly light which I prefer heavier fidgets. On the plus though since it is made from plastic the noise it makes when the pieces hit each other is muted and not disruptive at all.

They are smoother and work better than the other “brand name” or whatever rings. I was super skeptical after going through 5 different vendors.These replaced the ones I had settled on. They are the best and at the best price. Seriously get these. They are better than what’s around.

Feel cheap and plastic.

Giving this 5 stars as I got what appears to be legit Fin-Gears. If you look into fidget rings the best ones are 16 magnet version. I bought a few cheap 8 magnet ones off Amazon and hated them. Not sure what other people got when they ordered these. Could be I got lucky. But what I got was exactly what I had been wanting. Tricks are easy to do and the rings move smoothly. Do yourself a favor and don't buy 8 magnet versions!

They look nice from 5 feet away. Any closer than that, or if you touch them, you know they are plastic with a shiny shell. For $12, I was expecting some mass and metal material. I'll carry them in my pocket, and definitely will NOT show them off. I'll be surprised if the shiny coating survives very long in my pocket. The good news is the magnets are very strong and allow some serious spinning around a finger. The bearings or inner rings are smooth and quiet.
