Big Self-Grip Hair Rollers with Stainless Steel Duckbill Clips for Long, Medium Hair and Volume

These are perfect if you are needing volume. I have finer type 3C very curly thinning, graying, wirey hair without any color or chemical treatments. These rollers are 2 inches in diameter and come with metal clips to hold them in place. I don't recommend using these clips because they leave an unsightly indentation in the hair. However, these are a good value. I like the similar rollers from Conair but those come in sets with only 8 of the size 2" rollers and a lot of smaller ones that I don't use. So in order to get the same number of rollers that this set contains, you'd have to buy 3 sets of Conair rollers which would cost around $30. The Conair rollers are exactly identical to these but come with a different style of pin to keep them in place which won't leave a dent in your hair. I did my set in about 10 minutes. I first sprayed each section with a 30% concentration of Lottabody Setting lotion diluted with water (Thanks to Erin Parson's YouTube channel recommendation). Then I blow dried on low heat for 5 minutes and I was done. Pretty quick for a whole set and they definitely add significant volume without damaging your hair or requiring heat.

I love these rollers! Hubby always loves when I get dolled up, but my hair is so thick yet fine at the same time, that it takes a lot of time and my hair goes flat anyway. I put these in right after my shower (my hair is thick, but fine so it dries fairly quickly.) and leave them in while I get ready with everything else. They air dry on their own about 2 hours in. Or you can lightly blow dry to finish it up faster. My hair is full of volume and adorable curl when finished. My hair doesn’t hold the curl very much at all, but the volume stays and hair is still very cute and bouncy. My hair lays right at the bottom of my shoulder blades and I use two packages of these. 24 in total. I chose to not use the duck bill clips, as it creates a crease in my hair, but the grips keep it in nicely as long as I’m not practicing for a rock concert or anything. Worth the money. Buy these and enjoy easy, soft and curly hair!

I wanted regular rollers to give my hair volume and shape. I love using this roller for my curtain bangs. It's very comfortable to wear and it's very easy to use! I also love the duckbill clips that come with it to secure my hair in place! Great set for the price!
