Exceeded my expectations, was easy to install, and looks great
I was a bit reluctant to spend so much money on a wood rack. This rack is significantly more expensive than most Chinese-made products. Since this thing sits outside and needs to hold quite some weight, I bit the bullet and ordered it. The package arrived without any visible damage. I have rarely received anything so well packaged. The assembly instructions were clear, and the rack was easy to assemble. I was very impressed by the manufacturing quality of this rack. The screw holes were precisely drilled, the hole diameter so tight that I had to lightly tap with a hammer to get the bolts in (most likely a result of the paint). The paint is meticulous and had no scratches at all. The cover is first class, fits like a glove, and slides down when the rack gets emptied. Great engineering and practical thinking. The only issue I had was the wrenches required to assemble the rack. The instructions claimed that 2 wrenches were delivered with the rack, which was not the case, so I had to hunt for a second wrench. The person that delivered my firewood was very impressed with the rack and commented on its appearance and sturdiness. I hope this rack will last a long time without any issues. I can highly recommend this product.

BEST QUALITY AND BEST PROTECTION FOR YOUR WOOD
We bought one of these and loved it so much we bought another! Our neighbors helped us load up our wood and admired them. The quality is worth every penny. We had a violent wind storm that blasted canopies and trampolines down the street, but the cover of our Woodhavens stayed put! They are guaranteed for life, and it's easy to see why. They were easy to put together. We put them on cement pavers with gravel all around to allow for airflow. Even after days of rain, our wood burns well. I am really impressed with this company!

Will meet or exceed high expectations
Very well built, attractive log rack. Assembly was easy, with only 8 bolts/nuts to attach the four side rails to the base. Once everything was tightened, it was about as solid as you could get. I was tempted to try the lower rated, imported racks for less than half the price, but think it's worth the investment given the amount of weight it will hold and exposure to the elements. I'm sure it will stand the test of time.

Excellent Quality - Easy to Assemble
My wood rack arrived today in perfect condition. It took about 10-minutes to assemble and another 45-minutes to haul a quarter cord of wood to fill it. The quality is top notch. Tolerances are extremely close but all the pre-drilled holes lie up perfectly. I needed a very light tap with a hammer to persuade a couple of the bolts to go through their holes. The rack came with two small 7/16" open end wrenches but you'll find assembly much easier and faster with a rachet and a box end wrench. The cover is a heavy duty canvas-like material with water proofing inside. It fits perfectly on the uprights and will slide down as you consume your wood supply to keep the rain and snow off your wood. It also looks nice on my deck. It'll be a real convenience having several days worth of wood right outside my door.

Sturdy, simple, but holes too small
This is a nice sturdy product with simple assembly except for one thing: the bolt holes are almost exactly the size of the bolts, as others have pointed out. This means that some bolts have to be pounded or threaded through holes. More importantly, it means that if the holes in two adjoining metal pieces are not precisely aligned, the bolts will not go all the way through. If the holes were even 1/32" wider, there would be enough leeway to solve these problems, and I don't see any downside to slightly larger holes. Maybe drill the holes out yourself. Once assembled, the product is sturdy, though when only one of the bottom bars (which connects the two end pieces) is attached, the partially assembled product is a bit floppy when you try to move it around to deal with the opposite side. The verticals of the end pieces don't end up perfectly perpendicular to the base, but that doesn't really matter because they are just intended to keep the wood from falling off the ends of the pile. Like book ends. The small print warns not to put these on bare dirt or any other soft surface (may sink in and tip over), but the company also sells "bases" that can go under the legs for such situations. Sort of like a coaster. I'm also looking into using a plastic equipment pad (such as used for AC units) as a base.

The Real Deal
The 5' Woodland model solved my firewood management problem with style! The picture shows it half full. I recently cut some more wood and loaded it up to almost the top - and this thing never splayed an inch. It defines the words "sturdy" and "heavy duty". The cover is genius and very well designed - and also "heavy duty" fabric. I know it's more than the cheap ones you see online here, but consider it's produced by Americans in the USA, and the material is far superior - it will last you decades. Someone commented that they were having such a hard time inserting the bolts through the framing and wound up drilling out the holes so they would go through 'easier'. Please don't do this folks. You ruin the time spent by the folks that laser-aligned and drilled these holes on the assembly line. Yes, they are VERY tight tolerances - meaning you might need a dead-blow hammer or something to 'tap' them through - but when everything is bolted up tight it feels like a single piece of steel.

Great Quality
This wood rack was just what I was needing. It is great quality, heavy duty, and made in the USA! Easy to assemble and the powder coat finish is a nice touch. I also like the rain cover that was included and the way it mounts to the rack.

Racks are well designed, well constructed, relatively easy to assemble. Each rack holds a 1/2 face cord of logs (ours are 12 inch depth and they fit well as per the photo). Rather than ordering the larger rack I opted for two singles thinking this provided more versatility in as much as when one is depleted we can put it away until the next use rather than having it sit out in off seasons. The cover is very well designed with a velcro flap enabling one to get at the logs without removing the entire cover. Assembly of the unit was easy and a little wrench is provided. If you have a proper wrench, I suggest you use that and it will reduce some of the irritation caused by the small - albeit fully functional - included tool. The trick will be getting through a few winters without rusting but that is a review for another day.
