These are the only iron supplements that don’t make me sick to my stomach and they quickly helped to raise the iron levels in my blood. My daughter and I both take them regularly and they are so easy on the stomach.

My physician recommended this iron supplement to me because the type I got in the stores would not absorb and I have been struggling with iron deficient anemia off and on over the years. Since starting this supplement 5 years or so ago I have had a normal hemoglobin! No taste, easy to swallow and apparently absorbs perfectly. Would definitely recommend this product to others and do so when given the chance.

I will burp hours after taking this, and taste the iron.. thats the ONLY downfall. Other irons constipated me, not this one!!
