my four year old LOVES this
I have to admit, when my four year old wanted to use some gift money on this game, I was hesitant. She's not yet reading, and some of the reviews note there is a lot of text involved.I was pleasantly surprised after about half an hour of set-up and play, my four-year old mastered all the controls and mini-games, and now plays by herself- no reading necessary. It's a very sweet game. Basically, players can choose pets, dress them up, and explore different worlds and activities. It holds my daughter's interest without becoming frustrating for her.Great game for little girls, and I highly recommend it.

My twins love this game!
My five-year old boy/girl twins love this game. They each have their own log-in, so they are in charge of their own pet worlds. True to gender, my daughter loves to name and dress up the pets. My son focuses on playing the games, getting lots of "kibble" points and opening new play areas. I like the fact that they both have to remember to periodically check on each pet to see if it is hungry or sad. It's also very entertaining to see what they name the pets!

Brooke's momma
I was more excited about this game than I was for the Littlest Pet Shop Friends. This one actually seemed to have better reviews. However, I was disappointed. LPS Friends was actually alot more fun for my daughter, although I had some complaints (see review). The progression on this game is SLOW. The mini-games are monotonous. We can't figure out how to unlock new pets or new worlds--and my daughter has been playing alot. The only thing I can guess to do is play the mini-games on the hard mode for her--maybe that will speed things up. I had to read ALL of the amazon reviews before one review by Diana Rodriguez Borbor helped me figure out the password for the mystery giraffe (LPSGIR)--THANK YOU!! That is the only thing that has re-energized her desire to play the game. So far, not so good.

LOVE. THIS. GAME.
I absolutely adore this game. I have a 5-year-old daughter and this game has kept her busy for hours, and it's a game that is easy for her to play and there is plenty for her to do with it. It's so cute that I even enjoy playing it (I'm 28). If they made another game like this with new pets and new locations to explore, I would buy it in a heartbeat. Great game.

Limited play, but cute
There is a very limited variety of things to do, but it's a very cute game. It kept my 8yo daughter entertained easily, but I would say probably not mean for much older than that.

Cute, but...
Cute, but... it has a lot of reading. My daughter loves playing this, but doesn't have the reading skills to read the dialog. Despite that she was able to figure out the game with just a little help from me.This review is for The Littlest Pet Shop Friends Wii game.

Great game!
My 6 year old loves this game. You can get new pets, name them and take care of them as well as play mini games. I have a hard time finding Wii games for my little girl that aren't too hard and something that will keep her interest. She isn't even very into LPS, but she really does enjoy this game.

My kids think its ok.
Im not sure what I was expecting but the game is a bit confusing for my girls though they dont really play a lot of games. It is a slower paced game and will require reading some info throughout the game. There are mini games the pets can play which seem decent and have hardness option. My youngest enjoys just running around the scene checking things out. It doesnt hold their interest very long at one time.
