Q: Can you polish these in your rock tumbler?

This is a shot in the dark, but anything that's a hard stone should polish up in a tumbler May take a long time the pieces are small and very broken edges

Q: How do i purchase exactly what is shown?

You get what they give you most of it is natural opal in matrix there is podge & the cement type rock its found in.

Q: how come i didn't receive anything that was pictured? not even close to the same! very misleading??

Y'all paid $6-$8 for Opal from Africa and you thought you were getting top shelf? The time it took to get negative, write a negative review is laughable considering you probably got the best darn $6 Opals in the world.

Q: What is a good way to clean these up? I ronsed them in water and under a light the have fire, but id like to clean up some of the ugly rock on them?

THEY ARE JUNK ! NOT A GOOD BUY AT ALL . they don't come clean even in a tumbler. mine is trash.
