Make patient here.Have been seeing a PT for two years to treat pelvic pain and IC. Last month she mentioned this product. I received mine last week and what a difference. Being able to release my pressure points has almost eliminated my pelvic pain. For the first time in several years, have been able to sleep through the night. And not afraid to participate in activities that might tighten things up, as I now have the ability to treat myself. Has absolutely improved my quality of life. Being a chronic pelvic pain patient for 10 years, the TheraWand has helped me take some control of my pain. It was recommend by my pelvic pain physical therapist. It allows me to easily dissolve trigger points and knots on my own. I think it will help me recover faster. I would recommend it to any pelvic pain patient!

Takes a while to learn to use, have your pelvic physical therapists show you how to use it correctly along with the included instructions. Very helpful for Pidendal Neuralgia with an tight pelvic floor.

As a patient with interstitial cystitis this dilator is an effective approach to self care between visits to a professional physical therapist. I would highly recommend it , as well as purchasing the book "Heal Pelvic Pain" by Amy Stein. The book has an entire chapter on physical therapy for pelvic floor disorders.

High quality, thick glass. Got this because a pelvic specialist at the navy hospital recommended it. I've been having pain in my hips for over a year now and had no idea the pelvic floor could have been the problem or even knew it existed. Anyways..great product. It's very helpful because it's really hard to try and massage yourself with your hand.
