I have used a lot of natural herbs and supplements or whatever you wanna call it for my digestive system. I don’t normally go to the restroom every single day, which is something I know we are supposed to do. These capsules are extremely effective in my case I took them at around 7:45 AM and by 9 o’clock I was ready to go to the restroom. You do feel slightly nauseous, but it’s nothing a little salt can’t. It did not make my stomach cramp up it just let me know. Hey, go to the restroom. As I’m typing this right now at 1:46 PM the same day I have gone to the restroom three times that might be TMI but if you want to know it works I’m here to tell you it does. I also like these capsules better than making a tea.

I have to take medication that keeps me you know backed up so if I take one of these a day I go like normal and it’s very important to have so that you don’t get backed up. It is affordable. It does not upset your stomach. You don’t live on the toilet you just have normal Bowel movements.
