The first I ordered to store TP in a small corner. Came in and worked as planned. Bought another for the guest bathroom, came in broken twice so I gave up.

The engineer in me really loves the idea of this product. However the entire functionality hinges (pun intended) on a single rivet that is constructed of a gauge of tin foil that cowers under the weight of a single roll of toilet paper. I beg the manufacturer to see this review and spend the extra penny on a proper steel rivet and they could raise the cost by a dollar. To fix this problem I trimmed down a floor leveling wedge with the router to brace the fulcrum at the hinge point and it works great.

Nice design, unfortunately the first one I received the arm was completely detached, snapped off.Ordered a replacement and the arm was loose on it, drooping down.Third time was the charm, received a good one, yay!Amazon was great, excellent customer service!Thanks

I will NEVER buy another paper holder for the bathroom again! This is gorgeous and amazingly functional. the finish is soft brushed silver color and the form is just unique enough to go with many different decors. It is so stinking SIMPLE! Cannot believe I haven't seen one before. The bottom is weighted just enough that it is stable on it's own and doesn't flop over when the paper is pulled. Because it has no confining "walls" if you will, you can use regular or the double even triple rolls of TP out there, whatever your preference is because it is only bound by where you place it and how much room you have to fit the width where you want to place it. Took the annoying wobbly wall mounted plastic thing off the wall, a little spackle and it's a clean unblemished wall again & we have a lovely working paper stand in the corner.

I had one of these in my previous home which I liked. When we needed them in our new home I went straight back for what I had had before. I had the old one for about 10 years and it still worked and looked great. The screw at the swing hinge loosens but just tightening it does the trick and everything still works with it loose anyway. I love that it holds even the largest roll you can purchase.

I am so glad I bought this! I almost passed it up after reading some negative reviews but now I'm glad I went ahead with my purchase. I love the small footprint and the brushed finish. It has a nice soft cover on the bottom of the base so as not to scratch flooring and is nicely weighted. For the space it occupies, I love that it dispenses paper as well as housing extra rolls. I've used the swivel several times now and it seems just as well-attached and turns as smoothly as the day I unpacked it. Also, no signs of rust so far, which is a problem I've had with similar products in my smallish bathroom. Great value, wonderful product!

As others have mentioned the piece that holds the stem and the arm together is loose (having the arm sag and the TP roll slide off) and eventually breaks off. I love the simple design of this thing and this is the only version I found so when it arrived sagging and loose, I tried to figure out how to tighten it, which of course resulted in the little piece breaking entirely. Blessing in disguise I think because I replaced it with a nut and bolt and it retains its 90 degree arm now!I wouldn’t say no to a partial refund or credit thololAlso why do they want me to rate its softness?? It’s metal... it’s smooth... but not soft... for softness I recommend Kirkland brand TP

It's a must have! I had bought one of these about 6 years ago at a local store and it eventually broke. I could not find it anywhere anymore to replace it, so I bought a different type. That thing kept falling over it did not hold the toilet paper in place when you pull the toilet paper....it kept coming off the roller. I had enough with that thing! So I looked on Amazon and found the same brand that I had before! I totally love this one, its sturdy, it holds the toilet paper on the roll part and toilet paper roll does not fall out, it does not fall over! I totally love this product and recommend it. I will purchase again if needed in the future.
