It works and it pairs. People need me to put it right by my mouth to hear me. And the battery just dies when it is done.[Edit: 12/28/2016] The seller actually reached out to me and responded to my original review. They confirmed that in fact this one does work better when at a really short distance (think sun visor, and also think having the visor tilted halfway down so its even closer). Beyond that they even offered to (and sent) another model to me to test out. As I person who really appreciates good customer service I added 2 stars to my original review just because the seller was reputable. Arrived on time. The insert paper came in Chinese. I am in the US and do not read or speak Chinese. No instructions. Please send English informational and instructions on product. I have a small Mitsubishi Eclipse RS. The calls are clear and can be heard clearly.I'm just not sure, how loud it will be in a mid size or full size car. I will test it out on bigger cars. Will give an updated review later.March 10, 2017I had a friend, try it out in his car a Honda Accord 2015. It can be heard clearly on both ends of the call. The seller did send me an English translation via email PDF form. Though the charging USB cord supplied is short. If you use an Android universal cord for charging it works just fine.Great clarity. As great as the more expensive ones. Definitely love this. I recommend this to my friends, that don't have hands-free answering in their cars. Anything, you do via your phone (GPS, Music and even talking voice msg., if you have it). Just like your bluetooth earbuds.😎

Returned the Bluetooth for refund. TIANSHILI asked to ship me another to see if it performed better. Well I decided to go for it. Yae verily the new unit paired right up with my Galaxy S5. Our 2015 Mazda 6 has built in Bluetooth. People on the receiving end describe the voice quality as the death throws of a Dalek. Have tried other stand alone units with similar results. Lesson learned, I made some calls to see what it was like on both ends. Sound quality on my end was very good. Sound quality on the receiving end had very little distortion but volume was a bit low. I have tried other more expensive units and have been disappointed. I would recommend this unit. As a matter of fact, our son will be getting it for Christmas this year as we just bought a 2015 Honda Pilot with really excellent built in Bluetooth.

Works great! I drive for the Red Cross and this lets me converse and keep both hands on the wheel when driving in lousy Buffalo weather!

I bought it for my sister because she didn't have Bluetooth in her car. She couldn't talk hands free or listen to her own music. She also drives my great niece a lot and I worried about her answering the phone with her in the car. She loves it. Said it was the best gift I ever gave her. She loved it so much she showed it to my nephew, he doesn't have blue tooth either and he bought one for himself. The sound is great, and it's easy to use. I highly recommend it.

Can't tell if this works as I can't charge it. Cable is too short. The distance between visor and the cigarette lighter is greater than the cable length. First use the micro USB connector is bent. Previous BlueTooth unit had longer cable and was curly, not straight. Now I guess I'm shopping for another cable or just sending this back.

Cheap and easy way to get Bluetooth in the car. Easy to answer and my callers say the sound has no distortion. Since I use my phone as a GSP, this visor Bluetooth device makes doing both at the same time extremely easy and keeps me focused on driving.
