Helllo I recently bought this item. I’m not sure if it’s broken or not but how do I open the safe door? I push in the password it comes with already which is “0000” and fingerprint and it makes the sound but it doesent unlock the door for me to open?

This machine broke in 5 minutes. Super cheap quality. My daughter used some engineering skills to fix it but a few minutes after she did, it broke again. Now she can only open it by jamming a butter knife in the door.

Do not recommend this at all. It had a scratch on the side. Keypad was not working and kept saying it was locked out. No instructions available on how to reset passcode, although the given manufacture passcode wasn’t working and kept reading it as incorrect. This was a disappointing birthday gift.

This product looks pretty, and it worked OK for the first time, but when we tried opening it up again it would not open. The fingerprint did not work. The unlock button stopped working and the secret code twist also stopped working.Not at all what we expected, my daughter very disappointed. A waste of money do not buy

My Daughter just turned 6yrs old and the toy was her #1 thing she wanted...She loves it, she take her money out every few seconds just to put it back in, she absolutely Loves that she has to give "HER" Fingerprint to get into it.However I am a Amazon Prime Member and it still took me a week to get this item, so it didn't show in time for her party and with it being the main thing she wished for... it had her upset thinking she didn't get one. Overall its an Awesome Toy for 6yr olds!

It does not open at all but looks very pretty.

Just got this for my son’s birthday, he is really big into saving money and he saw this and loved the idea of having a safe with his own password. The night we got it we set it up very easily. By day 3 he put in his password and it would not open. Like many others who left reviews we now have to break into the safe if he wants it open. Big disappointment for my son who was super excited about this.

First the finger scan can open by anyone. And it broke on us after 2 months using it. It suddenly not responding and we thought is out of battery but we putted in new ones, it still don’t work. We had to unscrewed everything to get back the stuff out.
