I honestly wasn't sure what to expect with this couch. I compared many couches before I decided on this one. Initially, I had made the decision to go with a couch that came in a box and needed to be assembled, the reason being my hallway is too narrow to fit a normal sized couch through without damaging it while getting it in the door. But the couch I ordered from Wayfair was horrible, so I stored that away and ordered this couch. I ordered the Cobblestone color and mine came from my local Homemakers. The delivery was simple. I received it within a week of ordering it and they dropped it at my door by the scheduled delivery day & time. They didn't help take it in but I understood that would have needed to be scheduled in advance for 2 delivery people to be present. This was small enough to JUST fit it through my door but still large enough to consider it an actual couch in the traditional sense. It definitely helped that it came with cardboard and a plastic wrap surrounding it. I was able to get this through my door without damaging it. The only thing you need to do is put the plastic legs on the couch & chaise ottoman, which you do have to drill in yourself as there are no premade holes. But this wasn't a problem at all. They drilled in fine and there was no issue with damaging the plastic. It could be considered hard to do if you don't have a drill and/or you are putting them on by yourself. They do need to be held in place so they don't move. After attaching the legs I placed the cushions, which went in well. So far I haven't had an issue with them sliding around. They definitely are more on the stiff side, which I thought would be a big problem for me but I quite like it. Plus taking a nap on this couch is actually very nice and easy to do as you don't feel like you're sinking down. The back is nice and plush but not overly cushiony. The height of the couch is perfect. The length of the couch is great for a smaller room, but it's not a small couch by all means. And the width of the cushions aren't too bad either. The chaise is nice to lounge on, but if you're over 5'5" your feet will probably hang off. The quality of the couch seems pretty good. The material is a nice feel, but if you have pets it will probably attract hair. Which, if you're a pet owner, you know that hair sticks to everything anyway. One big thing for my partner and I was sturdiness, and so far this couch seems solidly built. It doesn't have a lot of give so it doesn't feel like I'm about to snap the boards every time I sit down. It also looks very nice. Overall I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this couch.

I like couch design, colour-silvery gray, and firmness, it was easy to assemble with makita screwdriver. I like that I’m not drowning in pillows, they are pretty supportive. Back pillows I would like to be little softer, I think I can take some filler out- there are zippers at the bottom. However, I feel disappointed regarding a few things.1.Couch coming in one huge box. Because of that I asked delivery boys to leave in hallway on the 1st floor because it was impossible to pull on the second floor without re-assembly. We unpacked it partially, pulled pillows, chaise, and than we’re able to push it through. We- tree little but strong girls.2.Assembly was easy- because we have Makita, just attached legs.3. Measurement- description says that it should be 88 inches long,however, it is just 83. How come? Where is my 5 inches? I properly measured my space and count on it.4. There is a little damage on one side of arm holders, hope will fix it with some stickers or something else.I’m sitting now on my new couch and writing this review, feels really comfortable, and my kitty likes it.

I couldn't be happier with this couch! I was a little weary to purchase a couch online but with the other reviews that I saw I thought it would be worth a try. We have had it for a little over a month now and I am still extremely happy with my purchase. It has been comfy since day one, and it looks great. We have two young kiddos so we wanted something that would withstand sticky fingers and bouncing. This material is very easy to clean (I generally just use a wet wipe on small spots) and the stone color is gorgeous.Update: I have had this couch for almost a year now and I am still extremely happy with my purchase. It still feels just as comfortable as the day we got it, maybe even more so. The cushions have held up extremely well and there is no issue with having to adjust them, not even with the chaise part! There are a couple stains on it now (the joy of having kids) but everytime I clean it it's left looking new again. I highly recommend this couch (still) especially if you have pets and kids and are looking for something nice, functional, and durable. You won't be disappointed!

Buyer beware! I thought ordering from Amazon and saving on shipping costs compared to ordering directly from Ashley Furniture would be better. Four months after receiving the couch the frame appears to be breaking apart after minimal use (I work 60-80 hours per week and live by myself so the couch gets maybe 2 hours of use per day). I called Amazon regarding the warranty and they told me to contact Ashley Furniture. After contacting Ashley Furniture I was told there was nothing they can do and to contact Amazon. I re-contacted Amazon's support who got me in touch with a company, Flash Furniture who they said holds the warranty for the product. After being on the phone with Flash Furniture they were told they can't find my order number within the system through any search avenues (name, address, order number, product number, etc) and that they didn't hold the warranty. After this I called Amazon back again and told them this information, they connected with a service representative from Flash Furniture who said that sometimes when items are shipped directly from an Amazon warehouse this information isn't on file with them. She informed me that if she could find a shipment to an Amazon warehouse that correlated to this purchase that they would be able to start my warranty claim. After staying on the phone with her for 20 minutes she was unable to locate any orders from Flash Furniture to an Amazon warehouse through June of 2016. I am now left with a broken couch, no support from Amazon or Flash Furniture to work on a warranty replacement. Next time I will pay the slightly higher price and outrageous delivery fees and order directly from Ashley Furniture.

It took over a month before this Shipped. and it had a Hole in the side of it.Its a nice couch otherwise.

Seems to last, good with young kids and reasonably comfortable
