Aunque puede parecer una tontería este tipo de cinta métrica hace medir los perímetros corporales mucho más sencillo. Ideal para controlar progresos en entrenamientos.

la noia è che parte da 4 cm e il numero indicato sul metro si riferisce al cm prima, quindi se vedete scritto 40 è un 41 e volte questa cosa crea confusione
