All you need kit to start with SUP
if your keen to get into paddling a SUP, you can't really go wrong here. This is everything you need to get going. Supplied is a board, a bag, a pump, three-piece paddle, leash and a repair kit in a waterproof case. n All you need is a buoyancy aid and a wetsuit.Pumping it up is easy, but a bit of a work-out in itself. I would recomend buying a cheap electric pump to get the majority of the air volume in there and then use the supplied pump just to get it to final pressure. You can do the whole thing with the pump, but you'll be working hard. The valve on the board is high quality and seals as soon as you remove the pump, so no worries about the thing deflating as soon as you disconnect. To deflate you just press a release button and down it comes. There are three fins in a thruster arrangement, with the centre fin being removable. There is a big grippy pad on the deck that gives you traction even when its wet, a carry handle in the middle and a shockcord storage area to put any kit you want to take a long. It's easy to reboard if (when!) you fall in, and easy to carry to the waters edge.10'6 is pretty long so in theory this is a fast board and inflated up to the limit of 15psi it's nice and rigid. There's no feel like its going to fold up under you. It's not the widest SUP out there so it's not super-stable, but stable enough that beginners will pick it up quickly enough especially in dead-calm water. it's ideal for flat water but (like most inflatable boards) is not great in surf. It's still a lot of fun in waves, but with no rails and barely any rocker it won't turn or carve across the face very well, but you'll have a lot of fun trying. Really though, like all inflatables, it's home on flat water. It paddles very nicely with lots of glide, and the three fins keep it tracking well.Build quality is excellent. The material feels very robust and so far it has shrugged off scrapes on the bottom or on rocks with no damage. The paddle is very nice, adjustable for length, and feels solid and engages well on the water. The leash is good quality and reliable, and all the fittings like the handles and so on are very well made and attached. This is a tremendously good value board, and you're getting a lot for the money. The colour scheme and design look high quality too - this doesn't look or feel like a cheap board.Packing up is easy. Deflating is very quick, and the supplied bag is spacious enough to easily get everything back in without cursing the manufacturers. The bag itself is well made with good straps and suprisingly comfortable to carry. This is a big step up from cheap supermarket boards while still being a good price. You really can't go wrong here - everything you need to start on a SUP and the quality is good enough that you won't feel held back even as you get better at it. Great board.(If you found this review useful, I'd love it you let me know with a click below- thanks!)

M.Y. Pointbreak paddleboard set. Ideal beginner set up.
If you want to get into paddleboarding and have never tried it before, then this is an ideal entry level set up which contains all you need-apart from buoyancy aids and wetsuit- to get you on the water. Included with the board itself is a large carry backpack, pump, paddle leash and paddle, fin, valve wrench and repair kit.The board itself is broad and stable so it won't feel too tippy if you are a beginner. Unless you are on choppy water which you really shouldn't be if you are a beginner! The three piece paddle feels solid enough too. The board inflates easily via the stand up pump which is not unlike those modern bike pumps, and deflates just as easily for easy storage and carry out.Its big enough and stable enough for two or three youngsters to splash about on or an adult and a child. Just be careful the first time you use it you choose a safe, calm piece of water and don't go out on choppy seas!A good value bit of kit!
