Well built, portable rebounder
This has gotten more regular usage than any gym membership I can remember having. Well built, great spring action, and I've lost a couple sizes with regular workouts in the morning. Highly recommend if you're just starting to integrate rebounding in your workout routine.

love that a video was included as there were exercises ...
The Reboundair Rebounder is everything we hoped it would be. Very well built, love that a video was included as there were exercises on it that I never would have thought about. I've had the Reboundair Mini Trampoline for nearly 2 months and just love it!

Excellent product
I purchased two of them. I one for my brother and I for me. They came in perfect condition. They are extremely sturdy and do exactly what they are advertised to do.

Hard to fold and unfold, quiet with great bounce
I bought this to have a rebounder to travel with and to have it work, as sometimes I am there for long hours (I'm a neurologist). When I set it up, several of the legs wouldn't easily fit into the holes, I needed to use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen it up first. The bounce is firm and quiet, probably quieter than others due to a nonmetal frame, which does look to be sturdy, although larger than the frames of Needak and Cellersizer, both of which I've used (own a Cellersizer at home). There is a strong odor from the material, which hopefully will diminish as it outgases, but you might not want to use it in a poorly ventilated space if you are sensitive to odors. It is very difficult to fold: the manufacturer's instructions recommend a team to fold it. I had someone help me fold it, then it is fairly compact as once it is folded in half, it easily goes into fourths. However, it is not much smaller than my Cellersizer when folded up, as the frame is so thick on this. When I unfolded it, two springs disoldged, and these were hard to put back in.If you are looking for a rebounder to fold up and take on trips, or to fold up out of the way at your home of office, don't get this one. It's too difficult to fold and unfold. The spring on the frame is strong enough to possibly cause injury. However, if you don't plan to move it once it is setup, then it has a very good bounce, and is very quiet.

Poorly made with even worse service:
This product is terrible and the service is even worse. Our 17 year-old (150 lbs) needs to use this product daily. He has aspergers syndrome and finds emotional relief from the day in jumping. There's nothing abnormal or destructive about his jumping. He simply uses the product a lot.We bought their premium product with a "Life Time" guarantee. It has not held up. First, the springs always break and go flying off, often breaking something in the house. We've lost lights and an LCD monitor. Second, the frames break at the legs. Yes, I wrote "frames" ! After much fighting with the company, we were able to get a new and cheaper frame than the first. (Their "aircraft grade" plastic has now given me new concerns about flying!) We had to buy our third frame, fortunately at a discount, but again after much fighting. When we've had to replace the springs, which normally is monthly, they charge us $25 shipping on top of the cost for the springs. The jumping mat has deteriorated on us as well. Mats offered by other companies have a five year guarantee. Rebound Air's Lifetime product has lasted less than 2 years. We must be on their "headache" list because they don't return our calls or emails in a timely fashion. Getting any kind of acceptable service has been painful. I think it's fair to say that we have been decent customers. We were the ones who offered to pay for springs and shipping, still they have not stepped up to the responsibility of servicing their product. I would never recommend this product or company to a friend or stranger. It would ruin my reputation! I can not stress enough: Rebound Air has been a terrible experience!Do yourself a favor. Do some research and buy something else. We are!

Excellent Rebounder
I do have to say I love this rebounder. Found it second-hand but in new condition and couldn't be happier. I using it to lose weight and to gain overall health and it is helping me meet my goals. My kids also use this rebounder as they exercise to a kids rebounding video. I feel safe when they use it - it is made with quality materials and they know all the safety rules - oh, and they can only use it when I am around. I heard this is one of the better rebounders and I have to agree. If I had used anything of lesser quality, I probably would have given up rebounding as exercise long ago. I have been using mine for over a year and plan to have many more useable years ahead.

ReboundAir Review
[UPDATE: I've owned this 8 years now and still working great. Only a handful of broken springs that ReboundAir replaced free of charge plus mailed me extras.] I've owned the "quarter folding" rebounder by ReboundAir for two years. Its very stable and has performed flawlessly. Because I have bad knees, I cannot jog outside. So using the rebounder is the next best type of aerobic exercise for me. Its very comfortable to use and easy on the knees.I use it to jog in place, as opposed to jumping on it. I weight 185, use it about 2 hours a week, and no broken springs yet. I would easily buy another one if need be and highly recommend it.This review is for the "quarter folding" ReboundAir rebounder, which from the reviews I've read, is considered the most stable one they make. I don't have experience with their other models, but I'd pay the extra and get the quarter folder, as the company recommends it as the most stable, and my experience is that it is very stable.
