Does not control all original functions of a MSH15TN Mr. Slim.
Needed a replacement remote for my Mr. Slim MSH15TN. This unit has A/C and Heat capabilities. The remote was able to connect to my unit but it unfortunately only controls the A/C functions and does not operate in Auto mode or heat mode. The remote also has 4 more buttons than were on the original remote(econo cool, powerful cool, wide vane, sleep) all of which are functions that are not in the MSH15TN.That being said I would say that this remote is NOT compatible with the MSH15TN.

The quality is subpar.
Firstly, the battery contacts pop out of the housing, which make it impossible to properly seat the AAA batteries.Customer support is slow and difficult to understand.Very low quality remote.
