⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Perfect Addition to Our Den!!!First of all… it comes in 3 boxes, and you might get them delivered across several days. Don’t panic, and don’t contact the seller or Amazon, give them time and they will arrive. Our specific model came in 3 boxes of the same size.Now onto the full review.The BAIJIAWEI B Loveseat Recliner exceeded all my expectations. It combines style, comfort, and functionality in one amazing piece. The fabric is soft and luxurious, and the grey color fits perfectly with our decor. The manual reclining feature is smooth and effortless, making it easy to find the perfect lounging position.The center console is a great touch, providing convenient storage and cup holders.Assembly was not too difficult. We had a couple of hiccups, but no bigger than putting together any other piece of furniture. Instructions could be improved, including the drawings of the pieces, they’re TINY.The center console has an opening in the back, you must open it for assembly. It appears to be sewn shut, but there is a zipper that, oddly, was sewn backwards in our case, (maybe they all come the same way?), but you can open it to access the internals of the center console.The console itself is roomy. I am going to drill the plastic and install two USB ports.The back rests go down pretty much all the way.Another thing is the heating feature. People are saying that both sides heat and massage at the same time, not true in our model. Each side heats and massages individually. If you’re looking to a deep tissue massage, this is not the product for you. The “massage” is just vibration. Enough to get your blood flowing, but this isn’t a massage chair. Cool features and add ons though. We have an actual massage chair, but we’re happy the loveseat has those features.I am the tallest in my household at 6’0 feet and I’m 200 lbs, and I find this piece of furniture very comfortable.This loveseat has quickly become the favorite spot in our house. It looks elegant and well made. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to add a touch of elegance and comfort to their home!

Update 2023: We've now had this unit for 2 years and I can report that the heating feature is very nice, though it is only on/off for BOTH seats so if you're like me and my husband (I'm always cold, he's always hot) it's not super useful.This unit has held up beautifully! It's had quite a lot of use over the last 2 years (we take our RV out at least 4-5 times a year, usually more). There is no sagging or staining (and we have two dogs so that's very impressive). The reclining function still works great, all the hardware functions just as well as it did on day one and we've had no issues whatsoever.Oh and the cup-holders don't work for all cup sizes - basically, if you can fit your drink in a standard car cup-holder than it will fit in these cup-holders.Original Review (2021):We bought this for our RV to replace two recliners that had an unfortunate "pleather" coating that was starting to crack and peel. So far we can report the following:1. These feel nice and sturdy2. Putting them together was a breeze3. The material seems like it'll be pretty long wearing and tough. It's got some texture but doesn't feel scratchy.4. When disassembled they fit through the door of our RV (important feature that I was worried about)5. The massage feature is....meh. It's basically just vibration. I honestly don't think I'll use it much.6. LOVE the extra storage (the cubby between the seats on top and the drawer underneath). Perfect place to stash remotes, our blu-ray/DVDs that we bring for each trip, etc.7. Cup holders are pretty small so I'm assuming if you have a big Yeti cup or something similar, it might struggle to fit. I'll report back on that after our next trip.I haven't tested out the heat feature yet (as it's summer here in FL and I won't have the need for it until we head to Kentucky this fall). But I'll update this review once I've tried it.We also haven't really had the chance to test stain resistance, durability, wear resistance, etc. but I'll update this review after another year or so of use.

Was easy to assemble the massage and heat are nice. Only complaint so far is drawer won't stay shut .

The color matches to what is shown in the pictures, but these recliners are very small. Probably only good for people under 5’5” or to use in an RV. The massage feature is just vibration and feels cheap. The assembly is straightforward but there are some sharp edges so be careful. It came in 4 large boxes over multiple days. Before you purchase let it be known the seller does not provide free returns. You must pay which I imagine is very expensive considering the weight and size. Overall not uncomfortable but just not for taller people unless you don’t plan on reclining, which defeats the purpose.

I bought it, realized it was defective, contacted the seller. They approved a refund, sent the label just to find out I have to pay for the shipping...$200.00 more than the product.

This unit is a little small for me, I am 6’2” tall but I like it. Looks great, easy to put together and the massage is awesome! Can’t believe you get the features for this price! Buy it now! It’s worth it. No usb ports, but who cares, I have chargers all over the house. I am buying another one so I have movie seating for 4. Great value for the money. If anyone gives a bad review on this product, they will never be happy with anything they get! lol it’s perfectly fine for the price, actually great value. Like I said, I’m buying another one!

Would of given it a 5 star but it don't come with a USB My recliner did and its very handy. Love the color and love the compartments. Love the fact that it came when it was suppose to! Had a little problem putting it together. Would of been a breeze if parts were marked A, B, C. Giving it 3 stars now. Had it for three weeks and it dont stay together and its not the most comfortable piece of furniture I have owned. Would not buy again.
