Apart from the cover, I consider that this book is poorly written and presented. Immediate warning signs are that it has at least 3 different text font sizes throughout and the Contents page bears no reflection to the books forthcoming 'Parts' and 'Chapters'. The Contents page moves to an 'Introduction' and then to a page entitled 'Continue Book 1' with the next page headed 'Six'. Nowhere does it suggest referring to Book 1 but this Book 2 is obviously just a cut and paste version from a previous publication - presumably Book 1. The content of the book is largely opinion-based and not fact. In the Acknowledgement Section the author says she owes 'mafia-level favors' to those who provided much-needed 'editorial pummeling on early versions' - obviously not enough 'pummeling'. This reads as a gratuitous personal ramble of the author's own personal 'travel and trial' with quotes from others but no specific references are included to check content. Unfortunately no Zero star option is available.

I loved the simplicity of this beautiful book. I am able to breathe and be at peace...

Poor typology and text very small in places and a flipsey cover. Not impressed.
