Easy to install, works well for dust.

I'm absolutely amazed by this product. I suffer from a lot of allergies, especially from grasses and trees. This time of year, living in Missouri, is usually miserable. I installed the screen on most of our windows about a month ago to see if I was going to notice any difference. The last couple weeks it has finally warmed up enough to open the windows. There's no noticeable pollen in the house. Dust is way down. I need to get more to finish out the rest of the house. It's money well spent.

My wife has been suffering with terrible allergies since we moved here to Monterey. Her doctor recently said that we need to switch to using air conditioning to cool our house instead of leaving our windows open. Unfortunately, because we live in such a temperate environment, our apartment does not have air conditioning, and the cost of running a window unit is extremely high because of our neighborhood's low electrical usage and the tiered electric rates. I looked online for something I could install in our windows that would mimic the filtering an air conditioner would produce, and I found a blog covering these screens.My wife's allergy symptoms went away the night after I installed these screens in our bedroom and kitchen. She is no longer coughing up mucous, and we are able to keep our windows open all the time. The one downside of these screens is the reduced visibility--the view through the screens will take on a blurred appearance (kind of like looking through old glass that has a lot of ripples in it). As I've installed the screens into more windows, we are noticing it less and less. The reduced visibility is worth it to be able to keep our windows open and not having my wife cough up a storm.Unfortunately, I used a little more screen than I expected, and I will have to wait a couple more days for additional screening to arrive before I can complete the rescreening of our place. Definitely will be purchasing these again for our future house.

Easy to install, blocks nearly all pollen and dust! We live on a gravel road next to a hay field, so opening windows for the evening breeze brings in lots of dust. This screen makes a huge difference. The only downside is that this screen is not as see-through as normal screens. I won't put it on the windows that we look out of a lot like the one over the kitchen sink.
