Very Good Soap With A Lavender Scent You Can Actually Smell
I've been on a lavender soap rampage this past month. For me, the perfect lavender soap would be one which is strongly scented, highly moisturizing, gentle enough for the face, as 'natural' as possible, (preferably made with organic and sustainable ingredients), NO testing on animals, and of course affordable enough for everyday use. I've purchased a number of brands and although none have met my 'ideal', this one comes pretty close.It definitely has the strength of scent I'm sniffing for. And although it states on the ingredients "fragrance" (which i believe may indicate it's a man-made perfume) and not essential oils, the aroma seems absolutely authentic. Again, this is to my nose; others might strongly disagree with me.This soap didn't leave my skin feeling overly dry or tight. I do have other soaps that are even more moisturizing, but they are way beyond my budget for everyday use.The main reason I will not be able to enjoy this soap every day, is that it's just a little too rough on my thin aging skin. If you've looking for an excellent exfoliating product with great lavender scent, you might very well love this.

Heavenly smell
Outstanding soap. I bought this for my daughter as a stocking stuffer. It came in a box with several other items, and I could smell it immediately; everything else in the box smelled great. It is large and very nice. So wonderful, I went back to Amazon and ordered one for myself. Since mine has not yet arrived, I have not opened it or tried it yet, but am using hers as aromatherapy until Christmas.

This soap smells amazing. My skin feels silky after use. Other body wash tends to be abrasive, but I notice a difference when drying off, almost like my towel is wiping off satin instead of my skin.
