Quiet quality!
These are an excellent option for a silent air cooled build. The anti-vibration pads, the bearing design and the low RPMs combine together to make this one of the quietest fans on the market for the price. At 10 bucks you really can't find a better deal. The construction of these fans is solid and unlike a lot of lower quality fans the screw holes actually go all the way from one side to the other providing a great deal of rigidity to these fans (which is crucial during installation). I've seen many cases of corners broken off fans but the design of these fans really negate that problem entirely. About the only thing I saw that I didn't like (maybe I'm just blind) but there doesn't appear to be an indicator of the air flow direction which may be confusing to nOObs. Fortunately it's easy to tell the air flow direction by the side that has the brackets which holds the fan itself. Just put these brackets toward the direction you want to the air flow to go.So now for a review of aesthetics. These fans create a lot of light which is great if you're looking to save on LED strips. These fans are MUCH brighter than your typical LED fan since there are 15 LED's ringing the outside frame. The fan itself is not completely opaque so the spinning creates a pretty cool light show. I used mine as exhaust fans and they really light up the case well. So well in fact I removed the LED strips from my case for use on another computer. The pattern they create resembles a whirlpool effect, except one made of light! I plan on buying many more of these fans for use in various builds/projects.

I love the swirl effect
+Silent+Bright LEDs+Long power cable+3 and 4 pin connector-Packaging was a plain cardboard box with no branding, manual or even a customer service numberThis is obviously made by an upstart company, but the product seems to be very well made. The rubber pads are doing work to keep the fan silent on my clear side panel and its moving more air than the Rosewill fan its replacing. Its also much brighter. And it just looks really impressive. Its the coolest looking fan Ive seen so far. I love the swirl effect. As long as this baby keeps working like it is, I'll be getting another for the back of my case to brighten it up some more. The LEDs in this thing are bright, but my RX 480 Red Devil is blocking the light from reaching the top half of the case. Not the fans fault, just something to keep in mind if you have a big card. So far I have no complaints. Its a sick fan.

Better than the Big Names
Having tested several fans in the past and seeing all the big companies' products, I can say these fans are the best I have used. Superb build quality and outstanding customer service from ONNINE. Bright and silent. Every fan in my case will soon be ONNINE. Outstanding product. Thank You!

Do not buy these fans, it's a guessing game ...
Do not buy these fans, it's a guessing game if they are going to make a bunch of grinding noises from the ball bearings. Low quality do not buy under any situation.

Garbage
Piece of junk!! I have to spin it by hand to get it to start turning. Gotta order a new fan from a different manufacturer.
