They are worth it!
This product is awesome! I rescued a dog on the side of the road and his front paw pads were gone. After a month of using gauze wrap and lots of tape and having to have three people to change the bandages I knew there had to be a better way! Found these and thought I'd give them a try! I wish I had found them a month earlier. They may seem a little on the expensive side but they are worth every penny. Now, I can change his bandages all by myself, no fuss, no muss, no pulling it off before I get all the tape. I found another bootie with no skid bottoms and velco wrap so I put those over these. It works out great!

Helpful post surgery..
While I despise having to turn them right side out prior to use (since they're shipped inside out), I needed a feasible option. I've found these to be helpful post surgery. My girl can still get to her paw with a cone on, so I have been forced to bandage. I do cover these with a bootie because she can lick these wet and I don't want her impacting the site. I'm using both M and L on her because I'm really not sure which is best. She's really in between those two sizes. She's about to have the toe amputated because cryo surgery failed to remove the tumor.. so I'm actually on here ordering more of these.

Works if dog cooperates 😉
My poodle got them off rather quicklyCould wrap the sticky bandages around it tho, so would be good for gauze

Exactly what we needed!
I am lucky enough to have a dog that doesn't chew on bandages so keep that in mind as I review. They go on relatively easy after the contortion act that is turning them right side right. My 60 lb dog had sliced one of its paw pads and I needed it the area to stay clean while it closed up and these did exactly that.If I was lucky one would last the day and I would change it at bedtime as well of course as applying ointment and checking on it throughout the first few days. If I wasn't lucky she would get it caught on something yanking it off or I would accidentally forget to switch it out with a rubber glove when going outside to potty. They definitely aren't weatherproof so plan to cover or remove when going outside. If the owners or creators read this, thank you thank you so much. We were having a heck of a time with gauze and Ace wraps coming loose and desperately needed this wound to heal in time to make it to the animal charity we work ats biggest fundraiser of the year. I'm not sure it would have been healed properly in time for us to go on the road for 6 days leaving our dogs with a dog sitter if not for this product. Seriously, thank you.

They do not stay on the paw
These paw bandages are a great idea but I would not waste your money. They do not stay on!! As soon as my dog gets up and moves around they come right off. I tried everything I could think of and nothing is helping. As I said I would not waste you money.

Good protection for minor issues
Purchased these for my dog who injured his toe. Were a little snug to get on but fit the paw well, kept it protected inside. Not for outside use unless you have a small dog who doesn't run around. I have a black Lab and he is active-so only inside for him. Easy to change and kept him from licking the bad toe.

Check fold around leg before tightening & Tighten well
IT STAYS ON as long as you wrap it right and tight and make sure to rub around after so it sticks well. I’ve wasted a couple on the first day because I didn’t know how tight and how to wrap around foot leg area, probably didn’t check the fold before I tightened.PROTECTS AND VENTILATED / Not for outside- they sell seperate wraps to cover these booties seperately. I can’t rate the wraps because he does not need to go outside.Just so you know It’s inside out may help if you have small fingers or someone with small fingers to help you flip it.Only cons for me is that it’s a bit expensive, only wish they could make it alittle more affordable, as I change it up to 2 times a day to keep his wound clean and to check on his wound

Only somewhat helpful
Our mini schnauzer had a toe injury. He could still slightly reach the injury in spite of wearing a cone, so while awaiting his surgery date we purchased these to try to protect the injury from his licking and from debris. We followed the instructions but the velcro tab was useless. The first time he wore the paw bandage it fell off within a couple of minutes. We had some self adhesive med tape so used that to secure the paw bandage at the top and that held it in place. Another issue is that they are packaged inside-out so have to be turned right-side out before use. There is a slightly open seam on one side and the size Small was difficult to turn, so each time we had a new one to turn the seam would tear beyond it's opening during the process. The product seam was fragile and for us the paw bandage not much good beyond one day of careful use. It cannot be worn outside on wet grass unless you find a way to temporarily cover it (plastic baggie or plastic wrap with med tape works) but any waterproof cover must come off right after going outside so the foot can breath. The paw bandage was a bit helpful for the purpose we had in mind providing some coverage for his foot, and it helped that it was also breathable, but I would not call this a high quality product.
