So easy to put together! No tools or screws. Just snaps together like a puzzle. The picture makes it look smaller than it is in my opinion. Each shelf clearance is a little different. Bottom shelf is about 11.5" tall, middle shelf is 12" tall, and top shelf is 9" tall to top of shelf. I'm using it as a shoe rack, so it works great, but if you see the picture of books in it, it gives you the impression that it's smaller than it is. Those must be huge books.Overall, I LOVE it! Great quality and just what I needed.

I needed a little storage option to put my cordless phone, a few odds and ends, a little chest, and a lockbox and this fit the exact measurements for the spot. It's easy to put together with zero tools, be careful not to pinch your fingers when they pop into place, like I did. Sturdy and cute. I love it. I recommend it.

This book case if very pretty; however, it is not very strong. I was looking for a shelf for a small space in my master bathroom and this worked well. I placed bath towels and toilet paper on the shelves and it worked very well. Went together very easy. I would buy again.

It should snap together like puzzle pieces except it doesn't. The slots that the dovetail ends are supposed to snap into are smaller then the actual dovetail. When you finally are able to force( had to use a hammer in order to get the Dovetails into the slots ) the bored that the slots are in splits open, please see photos.So now I have a shelf that has splits in the wood making it completely unsturdy because the wood has split into pieces on two different sides of the Shelf.

Ordered the cross pattern and a flower patterned shelf arrived instead. The shelf is nice although I have a lot of books on it and it leans forward like it's going to tip over

Opened the box and was really looking forward to this shelf. For the light weight needs I was looking for, I was hopeful. It's a decent product for the dollar and a cool design but, gets massive points in the negative as the slots in the back panel were not close enough to even use a non-marking mallet to tap together (my star ratings.) No matter how I oriented the pieces, the outer two slots in the back panel are too far spaced for the shelves to align. So sad. Not sure if I want to use a Dremel tool to open the slots enough to snap together, or just return and try something else. Hope your experience is better if you choose this shelf.

This thing is just pressed wood. There is no hardware, it’s just pushing dovetail pieces into each other to fit. Seems like it could easily break if one didn’t line up the slots very well.I got this as a bookshelf for my children’s photo studio but I don’t think it’s going to be very durable.

It's perfect for a single person with no children, pets, and destructive visitors. :-). It snaps together very much like Sweedish designs. Very smart design and easy to transport. I love that! Yes would buy again.
