I learned about Arnica when I lived overseas. It is a great homeopathic remedy that reduces the length and severity of bruising. My three young children, at the time, and I used it and now I put it on my toddler grandson's bumps and bruises. I can't say enough good things about this product!

I used this product for a bruise from CT scan on my forearm. Bruises for me usually disappear in about two weeks. I used the gel on one of two bruises on forearm. I found that the gel's bruise was gone in 14 days and the untreated bruise was gone in two weeks. OK, if you see what I am saying, two weeks is also 14 days. Bottom line, the gel felt cool once applied but that was the extent of its homeopathic magic. If oozing goop on a bruise is your thing and perhaps if you are bored wanting something to do then by all means, apply this gel a few times a day. Personally I think I would rather go fishing or watch " The Price is Right."
