Enjoyed bike for first 10 months before starting to have issues! Will not endorse this bike, have had for two years, replaced the hub motor, replaced controller and throttle. Parts expensive and long time to receive. Been waiting 5 months now for whole new control module and throttle because they no longer use the older model. Paid for and get no response from eahora about where parts are. Will not even give this bike away! Buy something, anything else!

My son saved his money to buy the AM 100. The Bike came the wrong color. My son was so excited he decided to keep the color that came. He rode the bike for about a month. he was constantly tightening all the bolts and the headset. He never could get the seat to stay in place. When the brakes started to fail, we took the bike to our local Trek bike shop. they determined both front and back brakes were leaking fluid. Eahora quickly shipped new brake assemblies. The shop also found that the bolts that connect the brakes to the hub had sheered the metal. This is after about a month of use. Eahora said that it appears that the brakes had been applied at speed. You can see from the photos where the two bolts broke the hub. we have tried to work with Eahora and Amazon to get a resolution to no avail so far. Do not buy from Eahora.
