Very nice product at a compelling price. Value for money. Dry cleaning is very good. Mopping is satisfactory. It takes lot of time to cover the place as there's no navigation and map support. Area is covered in a random fashion and at times the same place is cleaned more than once. If one has time, just start it and forget and the unit does its job on its own. Obstacles management is very good too. I used with normal suction power on the tiled surface and it gave very good result in dry cleaning. Battery power too is very good. Even after 90 minutes continuous use, almost two thirds of the charge was left. The application based use is also tried and schedule was also tested successfully. The application keeps track of cleaning history and the health of the brushes. Remote is very helpful to direct the unit to minimise the cleaning time and to focus the uncovered areas. The unit finds the docking station easily if it is in the same room. Cleaning the dry dust bin is easy. Cleaning the side brushes is a bit time taking if there are hair. It requires removal of the brushes from the unit (with a small star screw driver and easy). On the whole it's a good unit for the cost. Navigation with map support would have added value. But no complaints as this is already known before purchase. Satisfied with the performance so far. Customer service is yet to be tested as I haven't availed the free demo video call.

I am writing this review after using the vacuum cleaner daily for almost 10 days. Also, this is my first vacuum cleaner, so nothing to compare to.I bought the V5S for 13.9k. The vacuum works amazing. The first time it cleaned, i couldn't believe all the dust it collected. But, since the cleaning is random, it sometimes leaves a few spots here and there. Though nothing significant. And also keeps on repeating the same course at times. The mopping is okay, but if you use spot cleaning or other features, it can improve. Also, i spray disinfectant on floor prior to mopping, as advised, and mopping has become far better. The water flow gets stuck at time, and is very weak tough.The noise - it's tolerable, you can sleep through it, but the noise it makes after repeated bumping makes you worry at times. Since it was my first cleaner, i did not know how to react to it.Now the thinsgs that you might need to consider - it sometimes goes on in circles, for a long time, trying to find its way. It gets frustrating at times.The sensor works for only walls i guess, because it bumps with every single thing. And even trying to push through them. Like it will definitely push your slippers through, or an empty bin. It can be a good thing too, but sometimes, but pipes or other things can get dislodged. So might need some barricades.My broom got stuck in it twice, i had to cut it out. The charger cords get stuck in it, so you have be very careful. Well, sometimes it gets stuck on its own docking station.Overall it might need some supervision, you just can not switch it on and leave.I dont know how good the mapping function is, in the higher end models, but this one needs work.One plus point is you can schedule the cleaning, so it also works as my alarm, because it keeps getting stuck, i need to be vigil.Even after all this, I'd recommend it to everyone, because i have never seen my room this clean, with such negligible efforts. If you can buy an expensive model, it might be better, but for this price range, this vacuum cleaner is gold!

I was very skeptical about using this kind of cleaning robot in general, but since my friend gave me good review about it I started to search one on Amazon.My criteria was, good customer review, economical, good size for dust bucket, and mopping function.After the purchase of this product, I’ve never regretted even once! My good home helper stopped working a while ago and I didn’t want another person as it’s hard to find honest worker (eg.stealing, lying etc.), but now I feel confident I can manage home by myself with this cleaner. At the very first time when I used it, I was so delighted & excited, i thanked my friend for the idea of using this kind of cleaner.This model goes around randomly and our house is rather bigger, so occasionally there ‘may’ be some spot not completely vacuumed but it’s not that bad at all since it’s suction is powerful enough. Even the very fine dust gets collected! I also love the mopping function…the water it can hold is big that it lasts for the whole session. I have put a small amount of EM and the house was filled with nice scent.It senses the steps and it does’t fall from stairs. So I can leave it on the 1st floor without worry. Cleaning the machine after the work is easy enough with the brush which came with the machine.If you leave it before leaving home, it is joy to come back clean home and see the robot nicely back to the base.Only thing I wish it could improve is recharging time. I’d like to mop straight after vacuuming but recharge takes a little long although not sure how many hours or minutes, so I need to wait….(and by the time kids will come back home!).I just can’t help recommending this kind of cleaning robot to others….which model may depend on your needs & criteria. For me, iLife V5s Pro has been a great choice!Lastly, we are all happy here and treat it like our family member by even giving her a ‘name’ (lol). I hope she will stay with us for a long time!
