I had this same model that lasted for at least 10 years. (Note that if you keep the vents lint free they will last much longer.) When the motor started to go I searched for the same model and was happy to find it. I have long hair and lots of it so an underpowered dryer takes forever. I've tried other dryers at hotels and rarely find one with this much power.

We owned this same model for about 7 years. It developed an intermittent electrical short, but we liked it so much we decided to get a replacement through Amazon. We actually decided to keep the old one as a back-up.

This is my second one! Had my other con air for several year’s and loved that I didn’t have to look at my cord hanging down and twisted all the time. This is nice and neat with the retractable cord. Traveling now with my camp trailer so short on space. Love it!

I purchased this dryer after using one in a hotel a few months ago, I love how light, and yet does the job! the retractable cord makes it easy to store and travel well.
