I like the way it is written. It covers many health issues and how to treat with MSM. I am now up to 4 Tbsp. per day and feeling much better. Just try putting it in your mouth and chewing it then swishing with water before swallowing. Mixing with water is horrible! Thank you, Jen, for a great book!

Another straw for a drowning man ...

Bought as a present for someone in another country...health practitioner. They are very impress with the new found knowledge.

I highly recommend this book. It's very informative. Take the time to read it for your self. Try out the recipes as well.

msm is a great thing, i only wish i had someone to talk about oral dmso.

MSM was recommended to me by my doctor, who knows how much I dislike taking prescribed medication. I read the book before taking it and was surprised to find out in how many ways it helps, specially arthritis inflammation . Good read, I learnt a lot.

I didn't much like this book. The English is truly awful (a bad start), and the information seems at best rather woolly - for example, there are lots of reseach results listed, but by title only; no references are provided. To be fair, I looked up one of the titles, and I did find the study, eventually, so that one does actually exist (they may all exist if you have the time to look).A much better book (in my opinion) is The Miracle of MSM: The Natural Solution for Pain1 Dec 1999 by Stanley W.M.D. Jacob

Ordered MSM because I had slight arthritis in my elbows. Taken it daily for a year - no more pain and discomfort from the arthritis! I also, for the first time in my life, have really good, strong nails - an added bonus.
