They quickly replaced the defective game
I was a little leery at first since the first console they sent me didn't work, it wouldn't allow me to select a game (only menu appeared). Once I filled out the return info on Amazon, they immediately shipped another which thankfully worked fine. It's about the size of a fire stick or roku and plugs into the HDMI port on the TV. I used the USB on the TV to power it and the games loaded in seconds. The instructions are pretty limited (one small sheet tucked in the back of the packaging), but basically you used the start & select buttons to choose the game and player options, and press both buttons at the same time to get the menu to quit, go back, load new, resume, etc.). Apparently you can add more games via internet website on the memory card that runs it, and there's a folder (misspelled "floder" LOL) to store new downloaded games, but I haven't got thru the 818 games that it came with yet.I was pretty stoked that it had a bunch of classics from my childhood like PacMan, Donkey Kong, Dig Dug, Qbert, Mario, Paper Boy, Formula racing games and tons more. I played so long my thumbs were getting raw! The wireless controllers is what makes this one better than most retro consoles out there. They are old-school style graphics (Think 1981 thru 1990) so some are pretty raw, but fun enough that my young kids still will play for hours on end. Overall I'm pleased with it and would recommend as long you're not expecting PS or Xbox level graphics.

Save your time and money, it's garbage.
I ordered this thing and paid for same-day delivery. It did not work, and I didn't need it anymore, but I agreed to the replacement. When the replacement arrived, it did work; well, it turns on you can select games. Some games will not load, and some will freeze while playing. Out of the two hours I spent messaging around with it, I never once was able to complete a game without it freezing and having to start over. Very frustrating.

Overall I'm happy with this system.
Pros: None of the games have completely glitched out on me, unlike on a similar but cheaper unit. Overall it's a nice system for what it cost. The wireless controller is nice, butCons: Sometimes there is a lag or freezing probably due to the wireless feature and the distance between the controller and HDMI plugin. It would be nice if the processor could handle other file types like the old Atari games (.a26)I wish I could post an attachment listing all the games. A lot of the games that are asked about are on the TF card and if not, can be downloaded from rom games websites. Google ROM GAMES.

Love until…
These were great while they lasted. For the price, they were quite fun. We seem to be having problems with the controllers being finicky - would love if they were able to be replaced. Fun nostalgia for the price while they lasted :)

I want to give this more stars but the controls don't work right
There are many good things about this system. This is really fun and easy to set up and play. There's a lot of games that I remember from arcades, yes a long time ago lol. It's very portable, great for traveling. It works hanging out with friend's and having hundreds of games we all remember. And it would have been excellent and gotten 5 stars if the controllers worked correctly. I tried taking batteries out and resetting, tapping the controller if something was stuck, but nothing g fixes the biggest issue. The control sticks in the down position on one and the left on the other pretty much making the games unplayable, unless there's one that needs the character to only go down of left. It will sort of stop for a few seconds and then start sticking again sometimes without even pressing the pad in that direction. On another note, sometimes annoying and sometimes hilariously, many game titles are a translation from a foreign language to English, and not an accurate one. There are a few games I wish the system had that it doesn't or maybe it does but are just named something so bizarre I haven't found them yet. In all a great idea just wish the controls worked better.

Better than expected
A few years ago I bought the mini NES system for my son. It’s pretty good, has like 35 games preloaded. I couldn’t find the same system to gift my nephew so bought this with caution, given some of the reviews. It exceeded expectations. First, it’s wireless, which the NES isn’t. Second- it’s mind boggling how many games are on this. Literally hundreds and hundreds. Literally any game you can think of from 1985-1993ish. There’s a bizarre Ronald McDonald game, if that gives you an idea. And they organize them by genre, so you can play a puzzle game, racing game, sports, etc. Everything works flawlessly.

Waste of Money
The thing works but like an hour or four hours later the device that is plugged into your t.v. will over heat and somehow will make the game you are playing cut-off and go back to the game selection menu screen. Even if you stop playing this thing for awhile and you saved your game the same issue is going to continue: device heats up, the game you are playing cuts off and goes back to the game select menu screen. you have to wait for hours for the device to cool down and play it again. It was good to play some of the old school games again but with this problem it appears that I had wasted my money buying this product. To anyone reading this until CICYSTORE fix this issue and offers to fix this issue to people who bought this product free of charge or offer to return your money back to the people who bought this device DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, it is not worth it.
