Not what I was expecting. I wouldn't be using a this product to have bowl movements and the bottle stated that as the only intended use.

This is one of the key Ingredients in the Liver & Gallbladder kit from Dr. Clark Store* SUGGESTED USE – Ideally best to take with or after Meal. As a saline laxative, adults take up to 15 capsules with at least 8 fl. oz of water, or as suggested by a Healthcare Professional. Do not take if younger than 16 & Do not take for longer than 1 week. When you need a cleanout, 15 capsules of this will definitely do the trick. For occasional constipation I will take 2 capsules. I would only take more per dose if I was really bloated and cramping. Works to get thing moving again with just 2 capsules a day until you get moving again and then stop before you completely destroy your good bacteria in the colon.

way way weak, dont even work with 15 capsules. i will stay with the bad tasty of the regulsr epson salt dissolved in water. waiste of money!
