The must have if you are in Weight loss program

Contains Starbucks Keto Recipes!
I have been following the keto diet for about 4 months now and have seen a tremendous change in my weight and health. However, I was bored from eating the same 3 recipes every week and had started craving the missing carbohydrates. I was on the verge of quitting when I came across this Keto weight loss cookbook! It is so cheap and saves a quarter of my time from surfing the internet for new Keto recipes. I was absolutely taken aback when I found that it contains the Keto version of Starbucks drinks along with more than 100 unique and delicious keto recipes. I can literally now cook myself a 7 course Keto meal as it contains recipes ranging from drinks, side dishes, mains (lunch/dinner) and desserts. The cherry on top is it also contains keto alcoholic drink recipe like Black Beauty low carb Vodka drink. My life has become simple since I no longer have to calculate the calories and nutrient content of each ingredient before cooking. Each recipe in this book has a detailed nutrition value included. I was also made aware of the signs our body shows while we are on Keto like fatigue, bad breath etc. To sum up, this book is the only reason I have been continuing my diet and getting a step closer to smash my fitness goal.

Not worth the money
I must have been sent the wrong book going by other reviews!There is not over 100 recipes. There are 8 breakfast, 7 lunches, and 7 dinners.The bulk is made up from the 16 desserts -although cheesy asparagus doesn’t fill me with sugary hope - 10 sides, and 10 drinks.You have to hope that you like the vast majority of these as you will be repeating recipes quickly.I can’t see substitute options as described by another reviewer either.It’s printed cheaply and I’m really disappointed for the price paid.

Brilliant!!
I've forever had the problem of yoyo dieting, and putting on weight faster than is ideal coupled with a slow metabolism is not a great combo! I've tried many a 'new fad' along with diet plans etc etc, but nothing seems to work, until I came across the Keto diet, and this book!! The recipe's are completely irresistible, AND have helped me stabilise my weight and given me a new angle on my 'diet' - I'm sticking with this! I've sort of developed a diet plan, entirely with recipe's from this book, and I am yet to be disappointed with what I've tried, and I LOVE the drinks section! This, was a bonus! Try the bulletproof hot chocolate.. you'll be hooked I guarantee!! Another bonus I should add is how quick the recipe's are to prepare. Like everyone, I'm busy with work and family so have little time, but this ticks ALL the boxes. Delicious, quick, and healthy. What's not to love! :)

Disappointing
Disappointing that there are only 7 lunch recipes and 7 dinner recipes in this book. There are 16 recipes for desserts, 10 for drinks, 8 breakfast and 10 side dishes (4 of which are based on cauliflower). Great for anyone who likes their puddings, but not enough variety for dinners for me unfortunately. No images, though I think I knew that from previous reviews, and could live without them if the recipes were interesting but there are very few which appeal to be honest.
