Good base for chorizo but had to add vinegar and cinnamon for a real traditional chorizo flavor. Overall satisfied with the product.

A good spice mix, but you'll have to experiment with the amounts to get the taste and hotness you want. For me, the recommended amount was too strong.

This seasoning is more savory than traditional chorizo. I will add cinnamon and cloves to my next batch. Still a very good flavor, just missing the sweet notes.

has a good taste. good value as well. tastes a little more like chili than true mexican chorizo. But its the best ive found so far

Me and my family really like the taste of this sausage seasoning. It’s really good stuff. Will order again. Plus it doesn’t have all the crap (msg etc) that some other seasoning have. Their farm house blend is also recommended.

I made an entire batch with wild hog meat, it turned out fantastic. I would suggest starting small and cooking some up to confirm the fat and seasoning ratio is correct before continuing with the full batch. I will be ordering more.
