Martha White Pumpkin Spice Muffin Mix, 7 Oz (Pack of 3)

I've bought these muffin mixes for YEARS to actually to make pancakes for my kids. It's an easy way to create a delicious, flavorful pancake in every flavor they offer. Per bag, I simply add one whisked egg and just enough milk, buttermilk, or water (when I'm desperate!) to make a thick batter. I'll add additional ingredients - in this instance - canned pumpkin, to the batter before adding the milk. My daughter loves it so much I sent her a "miss you" box which included a quick recipe with this mix, a can of pumpkin, bags of this mix, fresh nutmeg with a grater, and some pumpkin seeds to sprinkle on top... at 20 years old she called me crying!Seriously, if you need to find an inexpensive, quick way to step up your breakfast game buy these mixes. They are great and so moist even without extras! The texture that you get from all these mixes are so light. This mix is so versatile you could probably even use it to make a loaf of bread! For the size of the bags you would probably need two bags for a loaf. One bag is the perfect size for silver dollar pancakes.

Very easy to make these muffins and they taste like made from scratch just way more easier. Also from some odd reason can not find pumpkin flavor at all in my part of New England even in the fall.

These muffins were quick and easy to make! They were absolutely delicious! I couldn’t stop eating them! I just ordered some more. This was also a great price for the packets received!

Delivery and packaging was excellent. The pumpkin mix was ok but it tasted more like spice cake than pumpkin.
