Easy to Use, Easy to Read, and Easy to Make!
This is a Winner!! the photo on the cover is really on the cover, not on a paper cover!! the printing is large enough for me to read, I hate real small print !! and the pages are all numbered, and in the same place on every page!! and a size you can read easily! the content is very good, practical and it explains a lot making different meats, not just a recipe book, but a how-to book as well !! A+ !!

This is a gorgeous book and the most comprehensive one I have read on charcuteria. Innovative and interesting recipes as well as fascinating information on all aspects of this delicious meat. HIGHLY recommend.

I was hoping that at last there was a book dedicated to cuing/Charcuterie but sadly this is not the case too few good Charcuterie recipes too many cooking recipes :(

Disappointed
I bought this on assumption that it was charcuterie and how to make it , not recipies that have sausage in it . Anyone can make french fries and scrambled eggs .
