Arrow: Malcolm Merlyn Action Figure

The clothing and accessories are done perfectly, trying to have him use the bow is annoying, but otherwise the articulation is fine for the price, although some choices are questionable (why two knee joints? and not more elbow art.?) He can kick himself in the butt, but I can't imagine how that will be useful. Probably standard for all DC figures. Also the hands are a bit tight, you have to pry them open first to avoid breaking the arrow.He can't really sit that well cause of the jacket, I don't get why cause the jacket's not attached to the hip joints, but I imagine if you cut it that would be easier. Would look weird though. Now for the most disappointing bit: His face looks smooshed! It's like whoever took him out of the mold pressed a little too hard, and now the narrow face looks tiny compared to the body. The boot has hole in it for a stand, but the package came seemingly unopened without a stand. That and the highlights on the figure's hair, which do not appear in any of the pictures, makes me wonder whose head is this? Did someone open the box, steal the stand and switch the heads for some reason? It's close enough that it could be manufacturing inconsistency, but it's also missing forehead detail.So yeah- great accessory with the bow/arrow, can't sit but can kick himself in the butt, and don't expect the face to match anything, the box photo, or the actor. Oh, and the bow and arrow work! It actually works, like a little slingshot.

Well made action figure! It arrived quickly, as promised, and in great condition. I love this action figure, and the detailing is so nice I had no choice but to put it near the center of my collection. It was a bit difficult to get the bow into his hand, but that's a good thing because it also means it won't fall out easily.

All came as expected, I can't talk much about the articulation and what not, as I'm not planning to unbox it. But it was a solid figure for what I paid.

Usually DC Collectibles does a really good job of face sculpts, particularly when it came to ARROW. The Felicity, Diggle and shirtless Oliver are all pretty great. Sadly, this one doesn't quite do the superb John Barrowman justice.However, the rest of the body sculpt and the articulation is far above the norm for pretty much any action figure, as per usual with DC Collectibles.

Item was packed well and arrived as expected

I had to buy a second one as my 4 year old nephew is now a Malcolm Merlyn/Dark Archer fan (especially since he was able to face time with John Barrowman himself 🙂) and absolutely insisted that he can play with the first one that I bought. Very happy with the purchase and I recommend it for any Arrow fan.

Sehr detailgetreu, war positiv überrascht. Er macht sich jetzt als Fahrer von meinem Jeep 1:10 sehr gut.

Tiene una altura algo más baja que el muñeco Arrow que compramos en Fnac, que cuesta 70 euros normalmente!!. Menos mal que estaba ese día al 50%.Este muñeco, está muy bien por el precio, tampoco es para tirar cohetes, pero cumple con las expectativas.Yo le pongo un 8.9,95 euros está muy bien. Eso sí, no se sujeta el arco en la mano.
