Greatly Analytical
So perspicacious has Fukuyama been in his book that there is little ground for an outright repudiation of his hypothesis. There indeed are unmistakable indicia of the world's gradual gravitation towards liberal democracy; not C.B. Macpherson's interpretation of a liberal democracy as democratic socialism but a democracy rooted in classical liberal or neoliberal principles. He also discerned most possible criticisms of his hypothesis and has addressed them with ease. The only question to which I find no sufficient addressal, his cognizance thereof notwithstanding, was the manner in which such democracy could possibly triumph over the virulent resurgence of the political Left. A compelling read, nonetheless.

Amazon cheated me by sending me a badly published book of Umberto Eco - The search for the Perfect Language. This was a high priced book of more than Rs.2000.00. On their request I duly returned the book to the publisher. Publisher stated so many lies to me about the boo. Firstly he said that this is a reproduction of a 1923 book, that is why the quality is bad. When it was pointed out the Eco might not have born at that time, then the publisher took other pleas. In the last after getting the book returned, it is being said that the buyer has not handled the book properly and most astonishingly, along with my money, book is also forfeited. People should know about such malpractices on the part of Amazon.

Tremendous
A thoughtful and coherent analysis of the evolution of political and social history along with that of man himself. Highly recommended to those interested in psychology, politics and history.

A Modern Classic !
It is a fantastic book, deserves to be a modern classic. Teeming with new ideas and sharp arguments, though not always agreeable, yet highly readable and stimulating.
