Loved these and the ease of installation. Except now I have to go back through remove 200+ screws (4 per rail) bc they all have rust after only a week. These were supposed to be coated so they did not do that but obviously that was a lie. Love the rails, but would have used better screws.

I Was missing 2 metal brackets and I really need those but can't figure out how to get those without returning the whole box

I purchased just over 200 of these balusters/spindles for my deck for my previous house. I still have 34 left. I moved and had planned to use the 34, but I needed an additional 154. I purchased them, and once they arrived, they were the same length and width, but the thickness is half, and the geometry is no longer the same. These are NOT inexpensive at all!!!! Now I am forced to either throw away the 34 and purchase more of the less quality or return all of the 154 that I just purchased. I am NOT HAPPY!

The balusters were flimsy and easily bendable. These were nothing like the ones purchased at Lowe's.

Had my contractor buy over 200 of them for my deck I didn’t see them till time to install. They are such complete junk so flimsy if I had them installed a child could easily push his head thru them and die regardless of how close together you put them . I’ve now seen other people say they rusted. So obviously not made of aluminum like they claim because aluminum doesn’t rust. They are so flimsy you could twist them into a pretzel very easily and they claim to be strong and safe. Then I tried to return them brand new in the box they refused to take them back I can’t believe Amazon associate this company with themselves they shouldn’t be allowed to have the product on their website they’re just asking for a lawsuit. Please save yourself the headache just go by the expensive ones you get what you pay for.

These balusters look great & were easy to install. They are NOT heavy duty at all so I hope they wear okay over time. Good price, just wish they were a bit heavier.
