Perfect for my woodworking on the lathe!
This sturdy caliper will not disappoint you! Well made, great finish, holds the position securely! I'd buy this again!

Nice for the price
Quite well-made actually.

Too rigid and difficult to adjust.
The spring is too rigid so it's hard to make subtle adjustments. The pencil holder doesn't hold the pencil securely and it only accepts very thin pencils. I wish I'd bought a different model.

Great calipers
Purchased several to set diameters on a turning project. Needed to produce multiple copies. Calipers were easy to set and use.

Threads are poorly made.
The threads on the knurled knob and the rod that controls the size of the caliper opening are very poor. They are very shallow and have a rounded thread form. The thread in the adjuster knob is a very loose fit on the rod, so the thread engagement is very shallow. The threads will strip out very quickly. Definitely not a tool mfr. I will buy from again.

Good value for the money
Sturdily built with quality components. Good for taking multiple, repeatable measurements, but the size does sometimes restrict you from getting into smaller areas. Strong spring, very positive feel, and appears to be of good quality.

Very sturdy calipers
Not the one uses calipers as hammers but they aren't jeweler's screwdrivers either. These are very well built and have a texture that makes them easy to hold. Turners shouldn't be without these.
