I love these Maca root capsules. I have been having low energy issues for a very long time, every morning I could not function properly without drinking coffee and even that only helps a bit. These arrived in perfect condition in a sealed container.As with most supplements you have to be patient as you don't get an instant improvement.These caught my eye because they can help to improve your mood which is something I've struggled with for a long time.These are blended with black pepper which can help with absorption.These are easy to take with water and leave no aftertaste.Sometimes an improvement is something that isn't achievable but not feeling worse can be the only achievable result and this is an acceptable result for me.It's also mentioned that these can help with prostate issues, my husband is at the age where prostate portioned can arise so this is something that is worth taking.We will definitely be sticking with this supplement.

It's a bonus that they are Vegan, Vegetarian and Non-GMO Capsules. The only negative is that the bottle doesn't have a child-proof lid.
