Q: Where are these made?

Probably in China, like most medical supplies these days. If you need a dressing for a wound that is "weeping", I'd strongly suggest avoiding these and instead get some of the medical foam dressings. They work 1000% better than these.

Q: will the charcoal infused be returning to stock? They are essential in my care.

Q: Does this product contain latex?

All of Dimora Super Absorbent Dressings don't contain latex, B08WWYS9D9 is self-adhesion but it uses silicone as adhesive, which is hypoallergenic and it won't stick to the moist wound.

Q: can it be cut to fit wound?

You could, but you would cut off the border. You would then have to put on a cover dressing & tape. This is designed to be an easy dressing. You would be better using calcium alginate to fit the wound, then use a cover dressing & possibly tape.
