2002 Avalanche with the turn signals in the mirror. This piece fit perfect. My mirror has the black plastic trim around the mirror and this item just dropped right in, nice. I used Permatex Black Ultra sealant on the back and only around the edge, keeps water out. I didn't use the supplied double sided tape, would work in a pinch. But wanted to seal this mirror to the old one without water getting behind this.Pressed on to my messed up mirror, looks great. Would for sure buy again if needed for the pass. side. Oh, and it's made of glass, no distortion. Perfect.

Oem mirror got bumped then heating oil fogged up mirror in my 04 yukon 1500, thought I try the easiest cheapest way and found this, cleaned mirror real well with alcohol then eye-balled center-placement and applied(includes adhesive tabs, I also used some gorilla glue on areas between the adhesive tabs as extra precaution as I dont want this falling off driving down the road anytime soon), I then gently rubbed & pressed down while alternating areas for couple mins, it stayed secure and has been... going on 2mos now but only time will tell for how long. the dry fit cut of this mirror was close to exact /no worries w installation,to exactly center the mirror while applying can or will be a challenge due to not much room to work around edges with fingertips while applying glass. If you have a bad mirror and don`t mind going easy fix to save $, go for it

Wanted to wait a while before I wrote a review. So far so good. Only used the adhesive circles included with the mirror and its stuck on pretty well. Dont see it coming off any time soon. Wish the double sided tape was a little thinner but it holds. Glass is clear with little to no distortion. Holes for the turn signal lined up correctly. Only issue is the added weight tends to make the mirror bounce around some which it didnt so prior to installation. Being summer I cant say whether or not the heated mirror still works. Only thing it doesnt do is auto dim which is fine. Over all a very cheap yet effective repair!

Perfect fit for my 2004 Cadillac ext. I did add a little silicone and locktite 602 glue to fill in the gaps between the round 2 way sticky pads. I am not sure it is necessary but the package suggested using silicone or some other adhesive and I figured what have i got to lose. What prompted me to buy this product you ask. Well my side view mirror became so "cloudy" that i could not see out of it at night at all and very little during the day. I almost backed into a garage pillar and decided. "that's it, I'm fixing this mirror even if I have to pay retail for a new one!" Anyway this 15 dollar solution has really been the ticket and I highly recommend it if your side view mirror has clouded with age and you can get it clear just by cleaning it.
