Used to boost and increase energy levels decreased illnesses

I’m definitely feeling healthy and protected from Covid, the flu, colds etc. while I’m taking Bulletproof supplements.

I am a fan of Bulletproof products. I drink bulletproof-style coffee every morning. However, this supplement confused me. At first, I thought I only needed to take two capsules per day, which was reasonable. But then I realized that the serving size is three capsules. In other words, I would need to take six capsules a day to get the required dosage of the supplements. That's a lot! Normally, I am happy when I see multiple quality ingredients combined into a single product, but here I am not so sure. You can probably get more powerful Vitamin C and Elderberry supplements separately. Here you will still get many good ingredients, but I think they could have done better by including Vitamin D3, Zinc, and more. Overall, I still think this is a supplement to consider, given my previous experience with Bulletproof products and their reputation for quality.

I got this hoping to build up my immune system with COVID going on and the Flu season getting ready to start. I followed the dosage instructions, but it unfortunately didn’t agree with my body. Every time I took it, I would get a headache and an upset stomach. It didn’t matter if I had eaten or not, my stomach would cramp up every time. The problem must be the herbal immunity blend because I’ve taken many other supplements that included vitamin C and elderberry without any issues. Even if this had worked, I wouldn’t purchase it due to a couple of factors. The serving size is a whopping 3 capsules. If you take any other supplements, that’s a lot of pills. It’s even worse if you follow the directions and take them twice a day. If you do that, there’s only a 15 day supply in the bottle. The advertising misleads and makes it look like you get a 30 day supply. The 30 day supply for $20 was already on the high side, but $20 for 15 days is a definite no go for me.

This is a really terrific blend, but there are only 30 servings in this container as each serving requires 3 units. So in a bottle of 90 capsules, there are still only enough for one month.I like the mix but I can do much better finding good vitamin C and elderberry with a lot less pills and for a lot less dough.
