Bought a 180 count bottle, used 9 a day(6 before work, 3 after) noticeable changes in physique in the short time of use. Ordered a 360 count bottle(more of a tub), I'm a couple weeks into that one. I supplement another 4000mg of L-Arginine (2000 in the morning, 2000 after work). Noticeable differences in strength and endurance when using these in combination. 8.5/10 would recommend.

Before this product I was taking Optimum Nutrition's BCAA's. I noticed an improvement in recovery time and staying anabolic with the BCAA's, I notice it even more with this product. I will not go back to BCAA's. I feel faster recovery time, and have seen an increase in muscle size. I think these actually help more with feeding the muscles the nutrients they need to repair and grow. On workout days I have a protein shake in the morning (50g+ protein and other ingredients). I will take around 4 tablets before bed. On non-workout days I tend to take 2 tablets in morning before I eat, especially if I want to stay in a semi-fasted state for leaner gains. My only complaint: tablets are huge! I can and will only take one at a time. Make sure to drink plenty of water, it helps you swallow it, helps you not feel dehydrated when waking up, and helps break down the tablet for better use by the body.

I've been using this product for many years. Its by far the best natural muscle and strength builder. What I dislike about this product is that the pills are too big.

Good quality amino acid product. However, it is derived from whey, which I didn't realize until I started having allergy issues with it. I have a mild allergy to dairy, and after about a week of using this stuff, the allergies started to manifest. It wasn't until then that I noticed the tiny print on the label that said that its derived from way. So, if you have no issues with dairy, this is decent stuff. It definitely helped a bit in my workouts and recovery.
