We love this thing! It's just like a raclette, but with a nonstick top! It gets nice and hot so you can actually get gorgeous browning and caramelization! It just takes a few minutes to heat up. Using it is simple. There's just a knob to turn on the side to select how hot you want it. We turned it all the way up to cook and then all the way down to keep just gently warm. There's plenty of room for 4 hungry adults!The first thing we made was a shrimp, peppers and onion fajita dinner with pineapple and queso with tortillas. Worked beautifully!Then we made a cheesy potato, onion, pepper, and bacon breakfast hash. Perfect.The griddle top just pops off and goes right into the dishwasher. So do the little cheese/egg trays. Recommend!

I can't remember the name of it. But, this design is very common in the area around Switzerland. You grill on top, while you're melting cheese in the little pans below. But, I can see where it can be adapted to more of an American style of cooking. Especially for breakfast. Just crack your eggs into the mini-pans and let them cook under the broiler while you're grilling sausage and bacon on top. The lunch and dinner time possibilities are endless. The fun part is, everyone at your table can be cooking their own meal! Just need more of those little spatulas. I have tested the heating part of this already. And, it works great. Looking forward to a family breakfast!

It's okay. I'm not dying to use it everyday but the grilled cheese sammiches are easy and quick to make on this. Kinda small but get the job done.

It is smaller than expected ,the temp doesn’t seem like it goes higher than my other regular griddle(regular cheap griddle from Walmart)

Works as expected. Easy to clean. Had a lot of burnt marinade on the plate but came off very easy. Lots of fun to use. Can’t wait to make Racclette.

This electric griddle is perfect if you want to barbeque indoors. Simply plug it into an outlet, and it will start. You can either cook what you want at the top or the bottom. You will get the hang of it pretty soon. With this, you will never have to deal with the hassle you would have to while barbequing, such as getting charcoal. You can also control the temperature easily. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with this product.
