Excellent chunky sharp knife with a blade guard.
I love this knife as it can cut unusual shaped foods quickly and without making lots of crumbs or mess.I have used it as a bread knife mainly: bagels/batons/loafs/tea cakes/burger buns/baguettes. EtcIt’s great for anything really.Butternut squash and other hard veg are great when you slice it up with this little chunky knife.I’ve chopped my uncooked veg with it and diced up chicken and other meats. I’ve sliced cold beef and also cut a melon up with it.The only thing I dislike is that it’s red and not standard stainless steel and black.
