The Big Book of Nature Activities: A Year-Round Guide to Outdoor Learning

As a middle school classroom teacher I love how so many of the activities are adaptable to larger groups. This book can be used by parents, grandparents, informal educators, or formal educators. Very thought-through, not just wishful and whimsical. Also provides ideas for additional resources.

Excellent book of idea for all ages!

Not for families or weekend use. This might work for a scouting group. Also, geographic areas are ridiculous. Clumping The entire east coast together to discuss animals and foliage? Maine and North Carolina are worlds apart.

This book was never on my radar but I am so thankful for finding it on Amazon! It has everything you want to learn about the interesting things that surrounds change in the four seasons! I love love nature and this by far is one of the best books I've found.
